Kirkland Represents Altaris on Combination of Kindeva Drug Delivery and Meridian Medical Technologies and Financing of Combined Company
Kirkland & Ellis advised Altaris, LLC, a healthcare investment firm, on the combination of two of its operating companies, Kindeva Drug Delivery and Meridian Medical Technologies, and the financing of the combined company. The combination will create a leading global drug-device combination product Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization. Financing for the transaction is being arranged by JP Morgan Chase Bank, N.A., Truist Securities, Inc. and Keybanc Capital Markets Inc.
