Kirkland Represents Daseke on Stock Repurchase
Kirkland represented Daseke, Inc., the premier North American transportation solutions specialist dedicated to servicing challenging industrial end-markets, in a structured transaction to repurchase the approximately 28.6% of the Company’s outstanding shares held by its founder, Don R. Daseke. In connection with the repurchase, Mr. Daseke resigned from the Company’s Board of Directors. Mr. Daseke and his affiliates have also agreed to a 5-year standstill with the Company.
