Kirkland Advises Harvest on Agreement to Acquire Belle Chasse Terminal Facility

Kirkland & Ellis counseled Harvest Midstream on an agreement with Philips 66 to purchase the Belle Chasse Terminal, located in Plaquemines Parish, Louisiana. The acquisition is expected to close in the First Quarter of 2023.
