Kirkland Advises ORIX Corporation on Underwritten Secondary Offering of Common Stock of Ormat Technologies, Inc.
Kirkland advised ORIX Corporation, as selling stockholder, in connection with Ormat Technologies, Inc.’s underwritten secondary offering of 3,750,000 shares of its common stock held by ORIX, resulting in total gross proceeds of $337,500,000.
