Kirkland Advises Ares Management Corporation on Final Closing of Infrastructure Debt Fund V at $5 Billion
Kirkland & Ellis advised Ares Management Corporation, a leading global alternative investment manager, on the final closing of its Infrastructure Debt Fund V (IDF V), which is focused on making subordinated investments across the digital, utilities, renewables, energy and transportation sectors. IDF V held its final close on December 29, 2022, at approximately $5 billion, including general partner commitments and related transaction vehicles.
