Sebastien Clisson is an investment funds associate in the London office of Kirkland & Ellis International LLP.
Sebastien advises and represents fund sponsors with respect to all aspects of the structuring, establishment and operation of alternative investment funds across the alternative asset spectrum including private equity, infrastructure and credit as well as on GP-led fund restructurings and other liquidity solutions transactions.
Sebastien also has experience with the establishment of fund management companies, carried interest and co-investment schemes specific to France.
