Kirkland Counsels I Squared Capital on Acquiring Controlling Interest in Whistler Pipeline
Kirkland & Ellis advised I Squared Capital, through its ISQ Global Infrastructure Fund III, on acquiring a controlling interest in the Whistler Pipeline, a leading natural gas infrastructure asset connecting the Permian Basin’s growing natural gas supply to LNG, Mexico and Gulf Stream demand.
