Kirkland Represents Summit Partners on First and Final Closing of Summit Partners Europe Growth Equity Fund IV at €1.4 Billion

Kirkland & Ellis advised Summit Partners, a global alternative investment firm, on the first and final closing of its newest Europe growth equity fund, Summit Partners Europe Growth Equity Fund IV. Launched in October 2022, Summit Partners Europe Growth Equity Fund IV was oversubscribed and closed at its hard cap with €1.4 billion in total commitments.
