Kirkland Advises SKY Leasing on Close of Fund VI at $1.35B

Kirkland & Ellis advised SKY Leasing, a leading alternative investment manager with extensive experience in aviation investments, on the final close of its flagship fund, SKY Fund VI, L.P.  The fund closed significantly above its target with over $1.35 billion in capital commitments, reflecting strong support from both existing and new investors, including global insurance companies, sovereigns, pensions funds, endowments, foundations and family offices.
