Kirkland & Ellis advised Gen II Fund Services LLC (“Gen II”), an independent private capital fund administrator, on signing a definitive agreement to acquire Crestbridge, a European provider of private capital fund administration solutions. The transaction will increase Gen II’s assets under administration to more than $1 trillion and is expected to close in due course following customary regulatory approvals.
