Kirkland Advises Clearhaven Partners on Korbyt Investment
Kirkland counseled private equity firm Clearhaven Partners on a significant investment in Korbyt, a provider of workplace communications, intelligent content management and digital signage solutions. The transaction was announced July 18, 2023. Korbyt plans to use the investment to expand reseller and technology partnerships, facilitate customer support growth and back additional innovation in its industry-leading, cloud-native SaaS platform. Financial terms were not disclosed.
The team was led by corporate partner Amanda Border and debt finance partner Katrina Levy, and included corporate partner Christian Atwood and associate Nils Remole; technology & IP transactions partners Shellie Freedman and Joanna Schlingbaum; and tax partner Vin Thorn.
