Kirkland Represents Constellation Brands on Agreements with Elliott Investment Management
Kirkland & Ellis advised Constellation Brands (NYSE: STZ and STZ.B), a leading beverage alcohol company, on cooperation and information sharing agreements with Elliott Investment Management L.P., one of its largest investors. As part of the agreements, Constellation will add two new independent directors to its board and Elliott agreed to certain standstill, voting, confidentiality and other commitments.
