Kirkland Advises Engageware on Acquisition of Aivo

Kirkland & Ellis advised cloud-based customer engagement software provider Engageware on the acquisition of Aivo, a generative AI company founded in 2012 in Argentina. The transaction was announced August 24, 2023. Aivo produces artificial intelligence-driven solutions for enterprise customer engagement. The two companies combined will serve more than 700 enterprise customers. Engageware is a portfolio company of private equity firm Clearhaven Partners.
