Kirkland Counsels Bain Capital on Harrington Acquisition

Kirkland & Ellis is representing Bain Capital Private Equity on its pending acquisition of Harrington Process Solutions. The deal was announced September 7, 2023. Harrington is a specialty distributor of industrial flow control process solutions. The seller is private equity firm Nautic Partners, which bought Harrington in 2020. Harrington will continue to operate as a standalone company.
