Kirkland Represents Thoma Bravo and Portfolio Company Exostar on Sale of Exostar to Arlington Capital Partners

Kirkland & Ellis advised Thoma Bravo, one of the largest software investors in the world, and its portfolio company Exostar, LLC, a business collaboration platform in highly regulated industries including aerospace and defense, healthcare and life sciences, on the sale of Exostar to Arlington Capital Partners, a Washington, D.C.-based private equity firm. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
