Kirkland Advises Vitruvian on Acquisition of Aspia

Kirkland & Ellis is advising Vitruvian Partners on the acquisition of Aspia, a business partner offering technology-enabled accounting, payroll, tax and advisory services, from IK Partners. Financial terms of the transaction are not disclosed.
