Kirkland Counsels Macquarie Asset Management on its Sale of Lordstown Energy Center to ArcLight Capital Partners
Kirkland & Ellis advised Macquarie Asset Management on the sale of CEF-L Holding, LLC, the indirect owner of Lordstown Energy Center, a 940 MW natural gas-fired, combined cycle power generation facility in the Village of Lordstown, Ohio, to ArcLight Capital Partners. The transaction was entered into on Feb. 15, 2024 and is anticipated to close in the second quarter of 2024, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
