Kirkland & Ellis advised technology-focused growth equity firm Silversmith Capital Partners on a strategic growth investment in Ascend Analytics, a leading provider of energy transition analytics solutions. Silversmith is investing alongside private equity firm Rubicon Technology Partners and climate-focused investment firm Galvanize Climate Solutions. The transaction was announced March 21, 2024.
