Martín Strauch Joins Kirkland’s Investment Funds Team
Kirkland & Ellis is excited to announce that Martín Strauch has joined the Firm as a partner in the Investment Funds Group. Mr. Strauch’s practice focuses on guiding investment firms and private equity sponsors through the fund formation process, as well as the maintenance of these funds.

Mr. Strauch advises asset managers on fundraising and other investment programs with a particular focus on private equity sponsors. He has counseled institutional sponsors on traditional private equity funds, funds of funds, single investor funds and separate accounts in many different asset classes, including credit, buyout, real estate and growth. He also has extensive experience with syndications, single asset funds and portfolio company transactions.

Kirkland has recently added multiple partners to the Investment Funds Group with a retail funds-focused team of Paul Delligatti, Chris Palmer, Jason Monfort, Andrew Zutz and Nicole Griffin joining on February 1 and Alex Amos joining on February 12.
Mr. Strauch was selected by Law360 as a 2021 “Rising Star” in fund formation. He was also included in the second edition of Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch for corporate law. He was previously a partner at Fried Frank Harris Shriver & Jacobson LLP.
