Kirkland & Ellis advised Dunes Point Capital on the sale of Harvey Building Products, a manufacturer of windows and doors sold under the Harvey, Thermo-Tech and SoftLite brands for the residential repair and remodel sector, to Cornerstone Building Brands, one of the largest manufacturers of exterior building products in North America.
