Kirkland Advises HGGC on Sale of Specialist Risk Group to Warburg Pincus and Temasek
Kirkland & Ellis is advising HGGC, a leading middle-market private equity firm, and Specialist Risk Group (SRG) on the sale of SRG, a specialist insurance intermediary, to Warburg Pincus and Temasek. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions, including regulatory approvals.
