Kirkland Advises Vista Equity Partners on Investment in Portside

Kirkland & Ellis advised technology-focused investment firm Vista Equity Partners on a strategic growth investment in business aviation software provider Portside. The transaction was announced May 30, 2024. Portside plans to use the new funding to drive continued growth through product and customer expansion strategies.
