Kirkland Represents HarbourVest Partners and LGT Capital Partners on Investment in ChrysCapital Continuation Vehicle

Kirkland & Ellis advised HarbourVest Partners and LGT Capital Partners as lead investors in a c.$700 million single-asset continuation vehicle managed by ChrysCapital, which acquired ChrysCapital VI’s stake in the National Stock Exchange of India.

The Kirkland team was led by investment funds partners Damian Jacobs and Michelle Cheh, and included tax partner Alec Campbell.
