Kirkland Advises KKR on Acquisition of Superstruct Entertainment
Kirkland & Ellis is advising KKR on its acquisition of Superstruct Entertainment, a European live entertainment platform that owns and operates festivals and live music events in Europe and Australia, from Providence Equity Partners.
