Kirkland Represents Lead Investor HarbourVest Partners in Aquiline Capital Partners' $1.1B Multi-Asset Continuation Fund

Kirkland & Ellis represented HarbourVest Partners, LLC, as the sole lead investor in Aquiline Capital Partners LP’s $1.1 billion multi-asset continuation fund, Aquiline Financial Services Continuation Fund LP. Aquiline Capital Partners LP is a private investment firm dedicated to financial services and related technologies. The continuation fund was established to acquire select portfolio companies across both Aquiline Financial Services Fund II LP and Aquiline Financial Services Fund III LP. A meaningful portion of the new continuation fund will be available as follow-on capital to support future growth initiatives and potential strategic acquisitions within the portfolio.
