Kirkland Advises Snowhawk on Investment in SecureVision
Kirkland & Ellis counseled Snowhawk LP, a private equity firm that invests in businesses that power the economy’s digital transition, on the closing of its investment in SecureVision, LLC, the premier fiber connectivity provider for resort communities along the Alabama and Florida Gulf Coast.
The Kirkland team was led by corporate partners Bill Benitez and Alec Manzer and associate Brennon Nelson.
