Kirkland Advises Interogo Holding on Acquisition of Minority Investment in Q-Park
Kirkland & Ellis is advising Interogo Holding, a foundation-owned investment group, on its acquisition of a 12.25% minority investment in Q-Park N.V., a European parking infrastructure owner and operator, from the company's existing shareholders, including investment firm KKR, which will remain the majority shareholder.
