Kirkland Advises Oak View Group and Rhubarb Hospitality Collection on Acquisition of The Brewery
Kirkland & Ellis advised Oak View Group (OVG), a global leader in live experience venue development, management and premium hospitality services, on its acquisition of The Brewery, one of London’s leading large scale event venues. This venue will be added to the portfolio of OVG’s Rhubarb Hospitality Collection, a premium hospitality group.
