Christopher Wu is a transactional partner in the Los Angeles office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. He represents private equity sponsors and public and private companies on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, including leveraged buyouts, growth equity investments, joint ventures, divestitures, restructurings and other strategic transactions. Chris also has extensive experience in representing issuers and investment banks in public and private securities offerings and counsels clients on matters of corporate governance, securities law and compliance.
