Kirkland Advises Thompson Street on its Single-Asset Continuation Fund
Kirkland & Ellis represented private equity firm Thompson Street Capital Partners (TSCP) on the completion of its single-asset continuation fund transaction. The continuation fund acquired one of TSCP’s strongest performing assets, Gurobi Optimization, from TSCP IV. The transaction is TSCP’s second continuation fund and was led by Hamilton Lane and StepStone Group, and supported by a diverse group of high quality new and existing investors. The transaction was announced on September 18, 2024.
