Kirkland Advises Vyopta on Acquisition by HP to Expand its Workforce Experience Platform
Kirkland & Ellis counseled Vyopta, an Austin-based provider of collaboration management solutions backed by Elsewhere Partners and AVX Partners, offering analytics and monitoring for large video networks, on its acquisition by HP Inc. Vyopta brings extensive expertise and infrastructure to turbocharge the development of HP’s Workforce Experience Platform and provide customers with more insights and capabilities.
