Kirkland Advises Bain Capital Private Equity and Cinven on STADA’s €1.25 Billion Senior Secured Notes Offering

Kirkland & Ellis advised Bain Capital Private Equity and Cinven, through their portfolio company STADA, in connection with STADA’s offering of €650 million in aggregate principal amount of senior secured notes due 2030 and €600 million in aggregate principal amount of senior secured floating rate notes due 2030. The proceeds of the offering of the notes were used to fund a partial redemption of STADA’s existing senior secured notes due 2026 and to fund the full repayment of STADA’s existing term loan B1 (EUR) facility.
