Kirkland & Ellis represented Trinity Hunt Partners (“THP”), a growth-oriented private equity firm, on its majority investment in The Verndale Corporation, a full-service digital experience and technology agency. THP’s majority investment helps establish a full-service digital customer experience (CX) services platform focused on cultivating exceptional customer experiences through tailored digital solutions. Terms were not disclosed.
