Kirkland Counsels Slant Energy III on Partnership with Pearl Energy Investments

Kirkland & Ellis advised Slant Energy III, LLC, a newly formed upstream oil and gas exploration and production company, on its partnership with Dallas-based Pearl Energy Investments, a private oil and gas investment firm. Headquartered in Lafayette, Louisiana, Slant III will pursue acquisition and development opportunities focused primarily in the Permian Basin.
