Kirkland & Ellis counseled Bain Capital Insurance in a $350 million strategic investment in SelectQuote (NYSE: SLQT), a leading distributor of Medicare insurance policies and owner of a rapidly-growing healthcare services platform, alongside Morgan Stanley Private Credit and Newlight Partners. The transaction positions SelectQuote to continue growing its healthcare services business, deepening its relationship with carrier partners and providing choice and value for consumers. The transaction was announced February 10, 2025.
