Kirkland & Ellis counseled Greenbriar Equity Group-backed Breeze Autocare, a nationwide operator of quick lube and related vehicle maintenance services, on its definitive agreement to be sold to Valvoline, Inc., a leading preventive automotive maintenance provider with more than 2,000 locations across the U.S. and Canada.
