Kirkland Advises American Securities on Acquisition of Integrated Global Services

Kirkland & Ellis advised private equity firm American Securities LLC on the acquisition of Integrated Global Services, Inc. from investment affiliates of J.F. Lehman & Company, LLC. The transaction was announced March 6, 2025. Financial terms were not disclosed. IGS is a leading global provider of efficiency and reliability solutions to the industrial, power generation, and energy sectors. The company develops, manufactures, and applies a portfolio of proprietary industrial surface enhancement solutions that promote asset integrity, reliability, efficiency, and environmental sustainability.
