Kirkland Advises Thoma Bravo on Strategic Growth Investment in PCMI

Kirkland & Ellis advised Thoma Bravo, a leading software investment firm, on its strategic growth investment in PCMI, a leading provider of administration software for finance & insurance products in the automotive and consumer end markets. As part of the transaction, existing shareholders – including PCMI management, its employees and Equality Asset Management, a growth-focused private equity firm – will retain minority positions in PCMI.
