Kirkland Represents Macquarie Rotorcraft on Sale to SMFL and LCI

Kirkland & Ellis advised Macquarie Asset Management, the world’s largest infrastructure manager, on legal aspects of the sale of its portfolio company Macquarie Rotorcraft Limited, a helicopter operating leasing business, to SMFL LCI Helicopters Limited, a joint venture helicopter leasing company by Sumitomo Mitsui Finance and Leasing Company, Limited (SMFL) and LCI Investment Limited (LCI). The details of the transaction were not disclosed.
