Kirkland & Ellis advised Trinity Hunt Partners, a growth-oriented private equity firm, on its investment in TNT Dental, a digital marketing agency focused on SEO, paid media services and website development for dental practices nationwide. Built on Trinity Hunt's longstanding track record in partnering with technology-enabled service-based businesses, this investment establishes the foundation for a specialized digital marketing platform focused on partnering with dental, legal, home services and elective, fee-for-service medical clients. The platform aims to help owners accelerate organic growth and build out new service lines to better serve clients. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
