Kirkland Advises HGGC on Acquisition of Equity Methods

Kirkland & Ellis advised private equity firm HGGC on the acquisition of Equity Methods, a provider of stock-based compensation design, modeling, valuation, financial reporting and human capital advisory services, from private equity firm Montage Partners. The transaction was announced on April 29, 2025.
