Kirkland Represents PAG on Proposed Privatization of Shandong Fengxiang

Kirkland & Ellis is advising PAG as the offeror on its proposed privatization of Shandong Fengxiang Co., Ltd. (HKSE: 9977) by way of merger by absorption. Shandong Fengxiang is a white-feathered broiler meat exporter and retail enterprise of chicken meat food in China. The transaction was announced on April 11, 2025.
