INSOL Future Leaders: next generation of Saudi capital solutions and special situations finance
In this article for Global Restructuring Review, Husni Almousli and Noor Al-Fawzan discuss a special situations finance event "INSOL Future Leaders program" hosted in Riyadh, which focused on structuring and valuation issues in distressed investments, private debt and pre-IPO financings in Saudi Arabia. The event was launched by Kirkland & Ellis in partnership with the KSA Bankruptcy Commission and INSOL International earlier this year, and was the first event in Saudi Arabia (KSA) examining creative commercial and legal strategies to inject rescue finance and debt finance in Saudi companies within the context of the KSA Bankruptcy Law 2018.
