Kirkland & Ellis is partnering with TechGC on a program entitled “The New “Private”: Protecting Your Company’s Information in a Fully Remote World.” The discussion will analyze how the COVID-19 pandemic has shifted the global work environment causing companies to face new challenges over data privacy in a mobile, remote-first world where there is limited control of an employee’s work environment.
Topics will include:
- Data privacy in a work-from-home environment;
- Building out enhanced security infrastructure on company devices; and
- Best practices for protecting company information in novel employee on-boarding and off-boarding processes.
