Overview

Marie-Joe Abi-Nassif is a corporate partner in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Marie-Joe advises public and private companies, including private equity firms and strategic investors, in connection with domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, carve-outs and dispositions, co-investments as well as general corporate matters, with a focus on the energy, technology and healthcare sectors.

Prior to joining Kirkland & Ellis LLP, Marie-Joe was an M&A associate at another international law firm in New York, and previously served as a Lecturer in corporate law at the Panthéon-Assas University in Paris.
