Kirkland & Ellis advised TPG Rise Climate, Climate Adaptive Infrastructure and Greenbelt Capital Partners in a new $800 million round of growth equity investment in Intersect Power Holdings, LLC, alongside new strategic partner, Google. This strategic partnership with Google and investment in Intersect Power, which targets a $20 billion investment to provide scaled renewable power and storage solutions to new data centers across the United States in the next decade, will accelerate the achievement of Intersect Power's continued progress in implementing its vision to enable pathways between clean electricity and the broader economy.
