Overview

Euan Alston is an associate in the Corporate Team in the London office of Kirkland & Ellis International LLP.

Euan’s practice focuses on private equity transactions where he represents both private equity sponsors and institutional investors on a wide range of transactions across numerous jurisdictions and sectors, including M&A, joint ventures, carve-outs, consortium deals, equity and incentive compensation plans for management, capital injections, as well as general corporate matters.

Prior to joining Kirkland, Euan spent time on secondment at Standard Life Aberdeen plc and is currently on secondment to GIC.
