Kirkland Advises Oakley Capital on Acquisition of TechInsights
Kirkland & Ellis is advising Oakley Capital Fund IV on the acquisition of a majority stake in TechInsights, alongside CVC Growth, from Oakley Capital Fund III. TechInsights is an information services platform for the microelectronics sector. The transaction will support the strong future growth potential of the business, as well as the significant strategic and sectoral synergies CVC Growth offers.
