• Coller Capital on the strategic minority investment from Hunter Point Capital
• Waterland in connection with a strategic, minority-to-majority single asset secondary transaction for the childcare asset Partou
• L Catterton Asia in connection with a structured strip sale of LCA III’s portfolio to a new continuation fund
• Whitehorse on a preferred equity investment with a blue-chip European sponsor

Prior to joining Kirkland, Aleks advised on the following matters:

• Coller Capital as lead investor on a range of GP-led restructurings, including in respect of Permira, 3i, Nordic, Investcorp, ASI, Quilvest and Montagu, as well as portfolios of fund interests
• Glendower on multiple secondary transactions, including the restructuring of interests in Abris and Palomon funds
• Helios Investment Partners on the formation of its third and fourth flagship funds, as well as related side cars and co-investments
