Dan has experience with various types of public and private transactions for financial investors and corporates, including leveraged buy-outs, exits, carve-outs, co-investments and management equity plans.

- on the sale of its remaining stake in Reiss to NEXT plc
- on its acquisition of a majority stake in Epassi Group, alongside TA Associates
- and its portfolio company Citeline (formerly Pharma Intelligence) on the merger of equals with Norstella to form an end-to-end life sciences solutions provider
- on the acquisition of Pharma Intelligence from Informa PLC
- on the acquisition of Minesoft, a global patent solutions provider
- on the agreement with Macquarie Capital Principal Finance to jointly acquire a majority stake in Premier Technical Services Group

- Bain Capital Private Equity and Cinven on the CHF 4.2 billion definitive agreement to acquire Lonza Specialty Ingredients
- Starwood Capital on the intention to launch a public takeover offer for CA Immobilien Anlagen AG
- Antin Infrastructure Partners on its reinvestment in Eurofiber, including the sale of a minority stake to PGGM
